We want every TOTS Stylee outfit to fit well and feel gentle on your child's skin. If something isn't right, we'll replace it - here's how.
Replacement window
- Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- For COD orders, the refund (if applicable) is processed via bank transfer / UPI after the returned item passes our quality check.
What is eligible for replacement
- Wrong size received- we'll swap it for the right size, subject to availability.
- Manufacturing defect - torn seam, loose button, faulty zip, print peel, stitching defect, or fabric flaw.
- Wrong item shipped - different product, design, or colour from what you ordered.
What is not eligible
- Items that have been washed, worn, or show signs of use (stains, perfume, smoke).
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Requests raised after the 7-day window.
- Minor variations in colour due to screen and lighting differences - our product photos are taken in natural light, but exact shades can vary slightly.
- Slight measurement variation (within ±2 cm) - these are normal in hand-cut kidswear.
How to request a replacement
- WhatsApp us on +91 99627 01289 with your order number and a photo of the item.
- Our team will confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
- Reverse-pickup is arranged at no cost to you for the first replacement per order. Subsequent replacements for the same order may carry a Rs. 79 reverse-shipping fee.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, the replacement is dispatched within 2 business days.
Refunds
We prefer replacements so your child gets the right outfit quickly. Refunds are issued only when the replacement is not available. Refunds are credited within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
