Every order from TOTS Stylee is packed by hand at our studio in Chennai and shipped through trusted Indian courier partners. Below is everything you need to know about timelines, charges, and how to track your parcel.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders of Rs. 999 or more.
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 79 applies to prepaid orders below Rs. 999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional Rs. 49 COD handling fee, irrespective of order value.
Delivery timelines
We aim to dispatch every order within 1 to 2 business days of receiving it. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Chennai and Tamil Nadu: 1 to 3 business days.
- Metro cities (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
- Remote andPIN-code-restricted areas: 7 to 10 business days, or as permitted by the courier.
Timelines are working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Festive windows may take a day longer - we'll always let you know on WhatsApp if your order is delayed.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email. You can also write to us at any time for a status update - we're happy to help.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India. Unfortunately we do not deliver internationally or to PO boxes at this time.
Missed deliveries and address changes
If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, they will usually re-attempt the following working day. After three failed attempts the parcel is returned to us. In such cases we can re-ship at an additional courier charge, or refund the product value (shipping and COD fees are non-refundable).
Need to change the shipping address? Write to us on WhatsApp +91 99627 01289 within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch we are unable to redirect parcels.
Damaged or tampered parcels
We pack every order with care, but if your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will ship a fresh order at no additional cost. See our Returns and Replacement Policy for full details.
