About us
TOTS Stylee (“we”, “our”) is a kidswear brand based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, selling soft cotton clothing for children aged 0 to 16 years.
Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price was displayed incorrectly, or the payment fails verification.
- An order is confirmed only after we send a confirmation on WhatsApp, email, or SMS, and dispatch the parcel.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale rather than personal use.
Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and inclusive of applicable GST.
- Shipping and COD fees are shown separately at checkout.
- We try to keep prices accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.
Payments
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select PIN codes. COD availability is at our discretion and may be disabled for new customers or specific addresses.
Use of the website
- Do not misuse the site - no attempts to hack, scrape, or interfere with its operation.
- Content, designs, and product images are owned by TOTS Stylee and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- Reviews and photos you submit may be reposted on our channels with attribution.
Product information
We do our best to display accurate colours, sizes, and fabric details. Minor variations in colour and measurements (within ±2 cm) are normal in hand-cut cotton kidswear.
Limitation of liability
TOTS Stylee's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
